Recorded by exceptional Vieneese musicians Veronika Vitázková (traditional woodwinds, alto flute) and Matthias Loibner (hurdy-gurdy), with myself (Branislav Dugovič) on clarinets and acoustic guitar. "Everyday Afterwork Music is all about coming home from work wiped out, falling on the couch and taking a while to get back to "normal". As the song titles suggest, the process starts with defecating on the couch, continues with staring to nowhere, the dilemma of whether to cook or order, etc., until Veronica's final "fujara" solo, which confirms us that: life goes on. Recommended listening: after a day's work on the home record player. In a way, it's a tribute to my beloved clarinetist Tony Scott and his album Music for Zen Meditation. I was particularly drawn to its acoustic, meditative atmosphere and "non-European" instruments."
